What does pressing the "Order" button mean?

By pressing the "Order" button, you acknowledge that you are making an offer to purchase the product, and your order will result in a payment obligation upon confirmation by the Seller.

 

What should I do if the automatic confirmation email contains incorrect information?

If the automatic confirmation email contains incorrect information (e.g., name, shipping address, phone number), please contact us immediately via email and provide the correct information.

 

What should I do if I do not receive an automatic confirmation email after placing the order? 


If You do not receive an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours of placing Your order, please contact us, as it is possible that Your order has not reached our system due to technical reasons.

 

What is the lead time?

The general lead time for an order is a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation, however, if the product is in stock, it will be shipped no later than the second business day following the order confirmation. In the case of pre-orders, the information indicated on the product's website shall prevail.

 

What delivery methods can I choose from?

The following delivery methods are available: GLS courier service, MPL courier service.

 

What happens if I don't pick up the ordered package?

If You do not pick up the ordered and delivered goods and do not indicate Your intention to withdraw within 14 days, it will be considered a breach of contract. In this case, we may attempt to re-deliver the goods, but the re-delivery may be subject to a delivery fee. If the re-delivery is unsuccessful, we have the right to terminate the contract and enforce the cost of the unsuccessful delivery and return as a penalty against You.

 

What payment methods are available to me?

You can pay with Stripe in our webshop.

 

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Yes, as a private consumer, You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason. You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods (this is our voluntarily extended period).

 

How soon will I get my money back in case of withdrawal?

If You withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full amount paid within fourteen days of learning of the withdrawal at the latest.

 

How does the Seller refund the amount due?

We will refund the amount due in the same way as the payment method used by the You. Another payment method may be used if You agree.

 

Who bears the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal?

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the You.

 

When can the Seller withhold the refund?

We may withhold the refund until You have returned the goods or have proven beyond doubt that You have returned them.

 

Can I return the goods by cash on delivery?

No, we cannot accept consignments sent by cash on delivery.

 

What if the goods have depreciated in value?

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

What is the warranty period for WristWorlds products?

  • For products valued between 25 and 250 EUR, the warranty period is 1 year.
  • For products valued between 250 and 625 EUR, the warranty period is 2 years.
  • For products valued above 625 EUR, the warranty period is 3 years.
